Thank Mal it is Friday

When I worked in the city, I used to love heading out to a bar after work on a Friday. I found this was the best way to unwind and start my weekend.

Relaxing with friends and catching up on our week over a glass of wine or two was for me a fabulous Friday.

I will still on occasion head into town to meet friends when they finish work and indulge in our old style Fridays.

Now, thanks to Malmaison I can enjoy heading into town to partake in Thank Mal it is Friday.

With cocktails from £6 and unlimited prosecco for an hour, this really is the place to be.

This budget-friendly evening allows friends the chance to catch up, unwind and enjoy pre-drinks prior to heading out for the rest of their night.

A much overdue catch-up

Last Friday I headed into town with my cousin Dawn for a long overdue catch-up. We headed into Malmaison in Birmingham and grabbed ourselves a Thank Mal it is Friday menu.

We started our night with a bottle of prosecco and then proceeded onto the cocktails.

Our first round of cocktails comprised of a Manhatten and a Pina Colada, they were delicious. In fact, that was the best Pina Colada I have ever tasted. Our other cocktails for the evening included Green Angels and Pornstar Martinis.

As you may have noticed from previous posts, I love Pornstar Martini’s and was delighted to find that Malmaison serve them and although they aren’t in the Thank Mal it is Friday promotion they are worth every penny.

The Mal bar offers a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere with very attentive and welcoming staff…. a fabulous Friday!

I was invited for a complimentary evening by East Village PR and Malmaison. All opinions are my own.
