Here are my top items for a capsule wardrobe:
Blazer: Take a dress, skirt, pair of trousers or even a pair of jeans and change the whole look with the addition of a blazer. And with so many styles to choose from your staple blazer is out there waiting for you
I adore this classic longline blazer – check. This fully lined blazer comes complete with pockets and offers a slightly tapered in look that helps accentuate your shape. I like to pair this with a pair of jeans, a plain t-shirt or vest and some boots.
All of the items listed are from the V by Very curve range. This range offers some amazing wardrobe staples from the little black dress (I adore the lace midi) to the perfect pencil skirt. Very offers customers the flexibility to spread the cost or pay for the items in full.
Parka: This is by far my most favourite wardrobe staple. The parka has been around for years and never goes out of fashion.
Originally created by the Inuit people, this cosy coat now takes on many different styles but all staying true to the design from way back. I love parka’s in khaki, there is something about this colour that screams autumn to me… I just love it.
The Faux Fur Parka – Khaki ticks all the boxes when it comes to coats. With multiple front pockets and waist adjusters to help you cinch in the wait, not to mention the faux fur hood that adds to the cosiness of this coat. This is definitely a winning wardrobe staple.
Animal print top; If you had told me a few years ago that animal print would be something I
would class as a wardrobe staple, I would likely have laughed at you. It appears the print makes a comeback on a regular basis.
Which makes this Cold Shoulder Blouse – Printed top a fantastic key piece. As someone who isn’t a fan of their arms, I find the cold shoulder detailing a great option.
I can imagine pairing this top with jeans and heels for a night out.
